I m 20 yr old ,Height 5'6",weight 82 kg.I have chubby stomach & somewhat chubbied chest too.I donot consume fast food.my diet is 4 chapati & some vegetable 2 times a day only.i m worried about my body shape which is becoming bad week after week.please tell me what should i do for reducing my body specially stomach fat.
