Overweight and big stomach
My baby was born on 28 Aug 2018 by cesarean section a d after that my wife's belly/Stomach didn't becomes like before and remains same as in pregnancy. Nobody advice us about belt or anything else except breast feed and walk. Now approx 6 months passed and weight same 70 kg and stomach same 40 inch. We are very upset, what to do now ?

She can do crunches and brisk walk... abdominal belt will not help reduce or tighten the skin in belly area...well balanced diet is also a must...all the best

You should know one thing that when you inflat a balloon  it will not regain it's  shape. After pregnancy  as she feed the baby  involution take place and abdomin get inside back, but you should start exercise, massage with olive oil and  and eat protein. Chat me online on Practo consult app.

She needs to do exercise, yoga... Abdominal belt is  not for tightening the belly... Only exercise helps to regain the tone... After c section, usually exersise can be Starrt after 4-6months.. So start it
