I have a habit of overthinking and most of the time I m in a state of worry even for non existant problem . I fear a lot that something bad may happen if I had not done this and that and not only my worrying habit reduced my performance but also make me lazy and slow in my day to day life and let me tell you that this is happening with me for the last 4-5 years. could you please suggest me what should I do and if I need a psychologist, how would I know to which specialist doctor I need to go
