  4. Ovarian pregnancy. Will it take time?

I was diagnosed with ovarian pregnancy with bhcg 89 and complex lession 14*13 mm plus left enlarged ovary 36*34*32 and got methotrexate injection on 4 august ,bhcg on 8 Aug  -83 ,on 11 Aug :80 , got another methotrexate injection and metho tablets on 12 Aug , bhcg on 20 Aug is 7 but tvs pelvis shows no improvement in size of ovary and lession,will it take time? As usg shows 18 mm thick wall in left ovary now and ovary size is 39*31*25,plz help
