Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello for ovarian pregnancy with hcg 79 , and enlarged ovary with 14*13 mm lession ,doctor has prescribed second dose of methotrexate 50 mg with methotrexate 7.5 mg tablets 3 times on alternate day with folic acid 5 mg 3 times a days. Should folic acid be taken during ectopic pregnancy. Plz advice.as other doctor said donot take folic tablets at all, really confused plz give your valuable suggestion

Folic acid is must to counter effect of methotrexate on other body cells.so do take folic acid.
