I hv 3.5 cm hematoma cyst in my right ovary what are the chances of acquiring cancer???

Haemorrhagic cysts are very common during young age.  In vast majority of cases they resolve on their own.  3.5 cm is not a very big cysts. They are unlikely to be cancerous from what you have written.  To be on safer side you can repeat sonography in 3-4 months.
