Ovarian cyst with multiple septations

Asked for Female, 39 Years

Cyst is 12.5×9 cms it is bigger.the patient had 4 surgeries for stomach in past including laproscopic surgery. so her skin may not cure after this surgery. if surgery is not done any problems may occur? are there tablets for this without doing surgery.
