Ovary is a dynamic organ which develops cysts every month and they disappear after Ovulation. A mature follicle is also a cyst.
The cyst you mentioned in your question is about 15 ml volume. It is relatively big.
You will have to monitor it for 2-3 months by sonography. It may also disappear.

You need hormonal treatment for the cyst otherwise it may increase in size and then you might need surgery for it.
