Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am having extreme pain in lower abdomen sometimes. This problem is from past 1.5 years. I am also having ovarian cyst. before 2 months from sonography report it was 4.8cm*2.6cm on right side and 4.7cm*3.2Cm on left side. And now just 1 week before it is 6.3cm*3cm on right and 8.1cm*3.9cm on left. I have done all blood tests. CA 125 is 95.1 which is higher than the range. My question is the cysts can be removed by medications or I have to go for surgery ? And is this any problem related to endometriosis ?

Hi, your cyst is increasing in size comparetively faster and associated with pain, so you need to get in investigated properly with treatment , I feel surgical.
