Hello madam my baby born at 31 weeks and bw 1.48 so at the time of birth itself she was prescribed to give ossopan d 2.5 ml thrice a day.... now she is 4 months old and weight 4.2.... now my pead increased the dosage to 4 ml thrice a day.... is tat much dosage required ?
