Dear Patient,
Your symptoms suggest oral thrush (candidiasis), which is a fungal infection that often recurs if the underlying cause is not treated. Since you have had this condition for almost two years, it is crucial to identify and manage potential risk factors such as iron deficiency, poor oral hygiene, or weakened immunity.
Recommendations:
1. Maintain good oral hygiene—brush twice daily and use an antifungal mouthwash.
2. Address iron deficiency, as it can contribute to oral fungal infections.
3. You may need antifungal medications (oral or topical), which should be prescribed after a detailed assessment.
Since your condition is chronic, I strongly advise a consultation to determine the best treatment. Kindly connect with me via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance.

Home remedies for oral thrush include gargling with salt water, using a mixture of equal parts water and apple cider vinegar as a mouthwash, applying yogurt or probiotic gel directly to the affected area, consuming turmeric tea or oil, and eating foods rich in vitamin C like citrus fruits and bell peppers.
