Oral mucosa keratosis!
Why can this keratosis be happening? I am really worried about dysplasia or cancer. I dont do tobacco or smoking, occasional alcohol(once twice a year). Initially started woth pigmentation, when pigmentation went this kind of roughness came up, dermatologists said its OLP but many dentists said its normal melanosis.. But why this roughness? I had a physical contact 3 months back with a girl only kiss, idk bt she had some health issue last year blood infection maybe due to which she was on steroids for a year. I am really scared abt STD too, we're not in talking terms hence cant knw d reason! Apart from that i have already tried kenacort, caziQ all, nothing works, i mean after using it my condition worsened. So first pigmentation occurs and then roughness follows after pigmentation is gone, sometimes dry tongue as well. Please help me :( In lips also u can see encircled that area is turning pale and rough like buccal mucosa :(. Help me!
