I have an oral fibroma since last 4 year on lower lip. Sometimes it get hit by teeth during chewing.

A fibroma is a lesion that is not going to heal on its own and always has the potential risk of increasing in size and getting secondarily traumatized frequently or getting secondarily infected. It is better that you contact an oral surgeon and plan for the excision of the same as soon as possible. Regards.
