Ongoing back, neck and heel pain.

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have been suffering chronic back, heel and neck pain since 7 months which is radiating to my hands and legs. My ESR was 32, CRP was 7 and hs-CRP was 7.1. Have undergone 3 MRIs in 7 months. I have an annular bulge at L4-L5 since 2009. Recently got my SI joint MRI done and everything was normal except one thing. I would like to know what is the meaning of the below line: My SI joint MRI says - Non- Specific subarticular fatty marrow signal changes are seen predominantly along sacral aspect.

MRI over diagnoses the condition. delete that report from ur brain. get some good physiological rehab and yes, u need tapering dose of anti-inflammatory medications. take a consult from an orthopaedic or a rheumatologist. you're fine, stop worrying and start a dedicated 6 weeks treatment session.
