I am 20 year old i have pain and swelling of one side of my face 3 month ago after 2 week tretment with antibiotic pain go away but swelling is still present

Hi it could be due to some infection building up at a particular area.. with continuous usage of antibiotics there could be formation of antibioma which is kind of a hard swelling.. kindly consult the dentist asap to get it diagnosed clinically and along with an x-ray..take care
