ON/OFF Fungal infection from last 10year

I have a fungal infection ON/OFF from the last 10 years now on my both buttocks. I use to get relief when i use creams like onabet B , tyza , ebernet etc. i am using creams from the last so many years now. The problem goes and come back the moment i stop applying cream. I used to apply cream twice and thrice in a week. Please help . I am very frustrated because of this problem.
