You can take if you are not allergic to it . No harm taking that but its always better to take under guidance of The Specialist Doctor . If you are taking for skin treatment . Can take one opinion from Dermatologist regarding the benefits it has . Thank you .

At your age,(15 -20yrs) your superficial skin cells renew themselves regularly every month or so. All you need - sun protection using sunscreen and some moisturizer to keep your skin healthy. 80% of skin damage is caused by the sun's rays. Omega 3 from any reputable company (Amazon) works fine. They protect your skin function. http://drbonaplasticsurgery.blogspot.com/2020/11/aesthetic-medicine-topic-photo-damage.html?m=1
