Old ECG and New ECG
My mom 3 months old ecg and new ecg is uploaded. Doctor written anterior wall ischemia in prescription but in new ecg it has only sinus tachycardia and echo is normal but mild MR. Why he written like that?

Ecg has ischemic changes..2d echo may not reveal blocks.needs one TMT tread mill test for induced ischemia.. Needs tablets to start like ecospirin av..
