Applying oil in naval is an exclusively ayurvedic approach. And it's safe and effective. So don't worry about it. Any oil application over body should be carried out empty stomach and when hunger is there.. So choose preferable time according. Make oil Luke warm and pour it on naval in lying down position.. keep it for 1 n half min and then gently massage the poured oil in naval and surrounding area. After that clean that part with warm cloth. That's it
