I have ocd and fear of rabies which leads to excessive vaccination and I m in therapy for it.
Today a dog was sitting 5-6 away from me then I went inside in my car and my toe nail started hurting I immediately started looking for scratch but could not find any bleeding or scratches except for some previous peeled skin. Now I m having excessive anxiety over this. Should I take vaccine?
