OCD and depression

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I am 55 years old and suffering from OCD and depression from last 20 years. When I was 19 years old ,I witnessed sexual relationship of my parents many times. I have seen my mother when she was bathing from door hole and one day I was slept with my mother and ejaculated in my trouser. I have guilt for my acts from last 20 years.taking medicines but guilt is as it is. please suggest
