OCD and Crippling anxiety

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

After detailed evaluation my psychiatrist change my medicine to Flovoxamine 100mg and Clomipramine 75mg, flvoxin 1-0-0,clonil 0-0-2. After starting this Medicine first 6 days passed 0 anxiety but after 6 days,I am feeling same anxiety and suicidal thoughts. What I do?
