As per literature Therapeutic doses of clomipramine in OCD is up to 300mg, although this medicine has few intolerable side effects like constipation and dry mouth. OCD can be treated well with some other safe medications. Consult your treating psychiatrist about it or second opinion from another psychiatrist nearby or online so that thorough evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested. All the best
