Occasional Pain in Breast

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My wife is 13 months post partum. Since, last few weeks she is having slight muscular pain in the upper half of both breasts. This is not consistent pain. It occurs occasionally in cases like when she wakes up, changing sides when sleeping,
