Try not to lie down for 30 mins post a meal and resting in a left lateral position. This will help with gastric reflux and any muscular pain that u might be feeling due to incorrect posture.

Rib pain could you because of calcium deficiency Be regular with the intake of calcium supplements If you are already taking calcium regularly get your vitamin D and vitamin b12 levels checked Pain aggravated after meal could be because of acidity Small frequent meals Walk after every meal You can also add an Antacid
