Actually I am taking sertraline(Elesert) 200mg daily from 2months ,it's not much effective.I want to change the medication company like Daxid ,can I change,it will not cause any side effects? Now I am taking Elesert 200mg.

Changing brand will not much effective, better is to add another drug with different class will be more effective. Counseling (exposure response prevention therapy) is also   important in OCD.

You can change the brand to Daxid and see. If you do not improve,  a change of medication may be needed. But discuss with your doctor
