I have been admitted to NIMHANS hospital in Bangalore. I am taking sertraline 100 mg morning 1 and night 1 and propranolol 20mg morning 1 and night 1 and clonazepam 0.5mg night 1 for the last 25 days
They told me I have hypochondriasis ( Illness anxiety disorder)
Songs repeatedly go in my mind when I hear any songs for the last 3 Months but after admitting here now reduced little bit like low sound but I have severe hair fall and double vision when moving hands
But the doctor said don't ask me anything about your symptoms and about tablets dosage
They are not giving any attention to my queries
And now they are increasing sertraline from 200mg to 300mg per day
But the maximum High dose is 200mg only right so I am very afraid to take 300mg what can I do now

Do not afraid by adjusting the dose of Sertraline. It's dose vary as per individual's symptom severity.Hair fall & double vision are not the side effects of the medications you mentioned, Yours symptoms have some relief so you continue your medication & if not satisfied with the doctor you should visit another psychiatrist with whole medical records so that proper decision can be taken, if you stop medications on your own, you will feel symptoms again. For your other problems as hairfall, you should visit a dermatologist, ophthalmologist
Next Steps
You should discuss it with your doctor or should consult another one if not satisfied with the doctor

Hi..You are currently on the maximum approved dose of sertraline (200 mg) for OCD. Your doctor is considering increasing it to 300 mg to see if it helps with your persistent symptoms. While this is higher than the usual recommended dose, some patients with resistant OCD may benefit under close monitoring. Hearing songs in your head may be part of OCD, especially if they are repetitive and intrusive thoughts. If you're uncomfortable with the dose increase, you can discuss other options like adding another medication or intensifying therapy.
