I am 34 years of age male, weight is around 120 kgs, since my 15 years I was overweight and had small size lipoma under my left chest nipple. Over the years it grew and shrunk but it's still there and spread a little on the chest. I tried but didn't reduce weight and the lipoma is also still there.

There is no medicine which remove your obesity.
Go to gym and do treadmill for 20 to 25 minute .if you are going regularly one week then 1 kg will reduce . or if you are not comfortable in gym then start skipping daily.
2nd- take lemon water .only one lemon + water
Do not add salt or sugar .do it in summer.
4:- Do yoga one time in a day best time for yoga is morning empty stomach.

*Causes of obesity*
1) *श्लेष्मलाहारसेविनो* – Eating food which increases solid kafa in body in large quantity regularly.
Eg. Mithai sweets etc
2) *अध्यशन* – Habit of eating food without proper digestion of previous eaten food leads to obesity if happens regularly.
3) *अव्यायाम* – Non exercises in morning or exertion physical work in day time even after eating too much sweet food or having अध्यशन habit.
4) *दिवास्वप्न* – Day time sleeping habits after eating of food regularly leads to obesity.
5) *परतंत्र कारण* – Non following of periods paricharya during period days, non following of sutika paricharya after pregnancy or after abortion.
