I have numbness heavily .while i sit on floor for 5 min numbness start and it is very heavy .so please suggest any remedy for it.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis, where do you feel the numbness? I would advise you to visit a neurologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations such as thyroid profile, Vitamin B12, etc to find the underlying cause of the problems and have it treated accordingly.
