Numbness in left hand

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old , I feel numbness in my left hand , I was diagnosed with anxiety issue and was on medication for a month later on it was stopped. Since then I have numbness and I also have constipation. Being a sales guy I have to attend parties and outdoors due to which I have to drink at least 4 days a week. Plus minus it is not defined. Kindly suggest
