Social smile and mirror play are normal for age.
Tracking objects for 180 degree shd have come by this time, but needs proper examination. Mostly looks normal .
Just observe things n wait , one mnth variation normal
Red Flags to Watch For
If you notice any of these, don't wait a month—call your doctor now:
1. One eye constantly turns in or out (strabismus).
2. Her eyes "vibrate" or drift aimlessly without focusing (nystagmus).
3. She does not track a slow-moving, bright object at all.
4. She seems to "look through" you rather than at you.
Her birth history is important here. Assuming she had an uncomplicated delivery, you cn wait for a month more. Stimulate her with single coloured objects like red ball, etc. Zero screen time for her.
Wait for a month more, if she's still having trouble, you can get checked
Yes at 5months she smiles while seeing in mirror is good positive sign only
For tracking object you can wait 1 month incase even after 1 if she is not tracks the objects it's a red flag sign only
She have normal vision only nothing to worry
