Greetings to you, You are sure plastic piece is gone to digestive tract and not aspirated into trachea and lungs. No need to worry. Relax. Continue with banana, Butter, and lots fruits, coconut water, and tender coconut to eat. It will come out in stool .The baby is not having any problem. That is reason, we don't allow kids to have nuts. Please give me feed back
