Not much pain but Stones Seen

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have 2 Stones in Left kidney 1.4cm nd 6.7mm. Now i had doné ivp X-ray so in report it shows tiny Stone in Right kidney as well.. I have a little pain in back and urine does not Passing out clearly also have Blood cloats in urine some time..

Ideally you need to have a functional imaging either a IVP or a Renogram. Then for the stones of the size that you have mentioned, the treatment options are Lithotripsy or miniperc PCNL. Miniperc PCNL is one time treatment which gives almost complete clearance of the stone
