Here are a few possible reasons why you might be having difficulty sleeping: 1. Medication Timing: Some medications, such as Modafinil, can have stimulating effects and may interfere with sleep if taken too late in the day. Discussing the timing of your medication with your healthcare provider could be helpful. 2. Individual Sensitivity: Different individuals may respond differently to medications. It's possible that the combination of medications you're taking is affecting your sleep pattern. Your healthcare provider can evaluate your specific case to determine if any adjustments are necessary. 3. Underlying Conditions: Certain medical or mental health conditions can impact sleep. If you're experiencing persistent sleep disturbances, it may be important to explore if there are any underlying factors contributing to your difficulty in falling asleep. 4. Lifestyle Factors: Other lifestyle factors, such as caffeine or stimulant intake, irregular sleep schedule, excessive screen time before bed, or high stress levels, could also contribute to difficulty falling asleep. Assessing and modifying these factors may help improve your sleep quality. Remember, it's important to consult your doctor or take a second opinion about your sleep disturbances. They will be able to provide you with appropriate guidance and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
