One of my friends having very much good diet but still he is not gaining weight. He is 28 year old, doesn't have any medical history always . Please give me some useful diet to increase weight

Make a healthy lifestyle.increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet. Add milk and it’s products,cottage cheese,curd,paneer, khoya or quinoa, oats, barley,bajra, non veg, eggs, green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts etc. Add protein rich smoothies and add sweets after having the lunch and dinner
