Not gaining weight
Hi my cousin is 24 years old..his height is 5.7 n weight is 59kgs...he looks lean...but he usually eats a lot..also as far as I observed his eating timings n sleep timings are not good... please suggest some good diet so that he looks good enough...he is feeling bad to show himself to others...he is staying in hostel...he will sleep late night around at 3am in MNG n wake up at 11 am ..so more days he will skip breakfast... Please suggest him some thing... Thanks in advance
