Not feeling fresh, Neck tightness
Got cold and a blocked nose, A bit of neck tightness and feeling a bit dizzy as well. Light Strain in the eyes. Overthinking all these and am getting panic attacks. I was taking vit c with zinc and A-Z multi vit. But i have stopped. Should i take vapours regularly? Is it related to sinus?
