If she is not consuming water at all,then its matter of worry...notice if there are any signs of dehydration like Sleepiness.
Irritability,Thirst,Less elasticity in the skin,Eyes and fontanel (or soft spot on head) appear sunken,Dry mouth, then you need to consult a paediatrician
