I am a 24 year old male who weighs 110Kgs and has a height if 5'11". I have been hitting the gym 5 days a week for the past two years. Regular exercise, Physical work and Controlled Low-Calorie diet has been a part of my life since then. And even after 2 years i have not been able to shed even 1KG of my weight.
