Long term use of otrivin nasal drops, which is nasal decongestant can further worsen your nose block, a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa. You have to consult an ENT specialist who'll assess your nose for any structural causes of obstruction. If there is sufficient space in your nose, then steroid nasal spray would help to improve the condition which would be prescribed by your doctor.
Next Steps
Visit an ENT specialist immediately.
