Nostrils block
My wife is 2 month 15 days pregnant. She has problem with both nostrils block most of the times and she take air from the mouth. While sleeping, she feels very difficult. She has this problem for the past 3 weeks now. When we met the doctor, she told not to use tablets and suggested steam. But it is not helping her. She started using otrivin and using for the past 2 weeks. She still has problem and is not getting relief. Any suggestions plz.

She needs to do saline nasal washes using either a Neti pot or Nasoclear Nasal wash kit or similar ones from many other pharma companies like Cipla etc.
