Nose , throat and cold problem. I do?

I had told my doctor my problem about my cold, throat problem Nd sneezing then they have given some medicine and some test like CBC, malaria and ultrasound too..But in every test there is nothing they have found ...so my doctor give me medicine to ate for  5 days..after that problem that I felt was okk that time....but from 3-4 days  I am feeling again  throat and cold problem only..and feel weakness too. so I want to know why this is happening to me if you suggesr me any more test I would I like to go and test myself...one more thing I am very tensed about looking news about corona virus infected people these days in India...whether my symptoms are related to corona if not please tel me what should I do???
