My baby girl is 3.5 months old. Birth weight 2.7 kg, current weight stuck at 5.4–5.5 kg for last 3 weeks. Exclusively Breastfed (2 night + 6–7 day feeds), 6–8 wet diapers, poops daily or alternate days (mustard yellow, pasty texture). Active when awake, sleeps well. No other issues.
What could be the reason for no weight gain? What should be done, please advise.
