No weight gain in baby
My baby girl is 3.5 months old. Birth weight 2.7 kg, current weight stuck at 5.4–5.5 kg for last 3 weeks. Exclusively Breastfed (2 night + 6–7 day feeds), 6–8 wet diapers, poops daily or alternate days (mustard yellow, pasty texture). Active when awake, sleeps well. No other issues. What could be the reason for no weight gain? What should be done, please advise.

Weight gain is appropriate in your baby. Weight should usually double the birth weight by around 5 months of age. Baby seems absolutely fine by what you have told. (Feeding, sleep, urine and stools)
Next Steps
Ensure frequent feeding in summers to maintain hydration. Exclusive breast feeding to be followed up to 6 months (no water also) Syrup vitamin D3 400U/1ml once a day daily up to 1 year of age Immunization as per schedule Danger signs- lethargy/ excessive irritability/ refusal to feed/ pustule/ rash/ decreased urine output/ high grade fever/ abnormal movements/ yellowish discolouration of urine/ excessive vomiting or feed regurgitation/ respiratory distress
