Hello. As the title says, I can never sleep at night no matter how hard I try.
I tried taking Panadol night tabs, changing my diet, exercising. But I can never have a good night sleep.
I always tend to be rolling on bed until 5-6 am before finally dozing off. Sometimes even till 7-8 am.
Please help.
Medications, or diet. Anything. I need help.
