No poop since 3 days
No poop since last 3 days..has very smelly fart He is an exclusively breastfed baby he is 49 days old and weight is 4.2 kg ..birth weight -2.750 kg Is this a concern ? For many many days can a breastfed go without Pooping and be considered as normal? Please help

Yes...it's absolutely normal... Infants who are on exclusive BF may not pass stool till 5to 7 days.....so don't worry about it...

Hi. Breast feed babies usually pass stool once in 6-8 days only. Weight gain is normal
