No heartbeat at week 7

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hello doctor, I am almost 8 weeks pregnant. My doctor has done sonography on 25th May and it shows "an early single intrauterine gestation average 5 week 5 days is seen". Doctor asked me to have another sonography on 8th June to check for heartbeat. Currently I am taking Lonopin injection 40 ml daily, Dydroboon tablets 2 times, glycomate SR 500 2 times, torch xv 3 times and macfolate once in a daily. All above mentioned tablets will help to get baby's heartbeat or do I need to take any thing else. Please advise
