I had one MMC in January. Then I tested Antiphospholipid, ANA and karyotype of mine and my partner.
APS panel came negative
ANA is 1:80 speckled weak positive
Karyotype is fine for me
But husband's karyotype is 46xy, 9qh+
So is there any issue in these above numbers?

Hello, I am so sorry for your loss in January. I know waiting for these test results can be incredibly anxiety inducing, but I have very good news for you: all of these results are highly reassuring, and there is no major issue here.
Here is a brief breakdown of what your results mean:
APS (Negative):
This is excellent. It rules out Antiphospholipid Syndrome, meaning there are no dangerous blood-clotting issues that caused the miscarriage.
ANA 1:80 Weak Positive:
Please do not worry about this. A titer of 1:80 is extremely low and is actually found in many perfectly healthy women. Without other symptoms of an autoimmune disease, this is considered clinically insignificant and is not the cause of your miscarriage.
Husband's Karyotype (46,XY, 9qh+):
This is completely normal. The "9qh+" simply means there is a little extra structural material on chromosome 9. This is what we call a normal genetic variant (like having a different eye color). It is completely harmless, does not affect his health, and does not cause miscarriages or birth defects.
Next Steps
You both have a green light for future pregnancies. Please continue taking a good prenatal vitamin with folic acid. When you feel emotionally and physically ready to try again, your chances of having a completely normal, healthy pregnancy are very high.
Health Tips
Because your evaluations are normal, your miscarriage in January was most likely a sporadic, one-time genetic error in that specific embryo. This is sadly very common and simply bad luck; it does not mean there is anything wrong with you or your husband.
Usually APS and ANA are advised to be done after two recurrent miscarriages. APS normal..ANA is also insignificant. The titre is too low and it should be positive for 2 times in a gap of 12 weeks to be positive.
Husband 9qh+ is sometimes (not always)associated with miscarriages.
Next Steps
Do a genetic counseling (not compulsory)
Health Tips
take folic acid 3 months before conception
Diet
walking
sleep for 8hrs
Avoid stress
