Suffered lateral malleolus fracture. There was an issue while first time putting the cast as at that time also there was no dorsiflexion. Now its been 2 days since the cast has been removed, there is still no dorsiflexion at all. Its causing a lot of imbalance and there is pain too.

Do you have foot drop? Or Minimal loss of dorsiflexion?
Clinical Examination and NCS studies may be done to evaluate the peroneal nerve. Gradual physiotherapy will help.
