When can I start walking if I have Lateral Malleolus fracture ? After 4 to 5 weeks can I walk?

In an undisplaced lateral malleolus fracture, walking usually starts after 4â6 weeks, depending on pain and X-ray healing at 4â5 weeks, you may be allowed partial weight bearing with a walking boot or ankle brace not full unsupported walking for attending a marriage, you can usually stand and walk short distances with support but avoid prolonged standing or dancing
