  4. Nipple pain. What should i do?

Nipple pain
I'm having nipple pain since one week,sharp pain,non radiating, gradually increased from moderate to severe, interfering with sleep and daily activities.Not relieved on analgesics.Investigations showed increased prolactin levels,mri pitutary scan shows no abnormalities.What should I do ?? I'm suggested to analgesic,which are not helping me.please help me.
